The wristwatch and the flashlight

On July 18, 1994, Martín, Cacho and Buby, three employees of the Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina (AMIA, a jewish community center) were in the basement when they felt the explosion. What followed were 36 hours of struggle for survival, amid the rubble and in the darkness. It was also the beginning of a case that has marked Argentinian social and political history to this day.

La mañana del 18 de julio de 1994, los empleados Martín, Cacho y Buby estaban en el subsuelo de la Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina (AMIA) cuando sintieron la explosión.
